JOB DESCRIPTION
To support our expansion in Italy, we are looking for a Sales Representative based in Milano.
Your main duties will be:
- Manage and develop business with new and existing accounts - Calls and appointments.
- Visit prospects & customers and manage visit reports - Visit tour of 3 days/week with 2-night hotel (Overnights required).
- Follow-up of big quotations & potential negotiations to get the orders if necessary.
- Initiate regular contact with customers to establish their level of satisfaction with the company’s services and reinforce their confidence.
- Closely work with Project Managers.
- Monthly reporting on performance, highlighting opportunities and customer needs.
- Achieve business objectives and develop the customer database in Milan.
- Elevate brand reputation participating to national exhibitions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as Sales representative minimum 1-2 years – mandatory.
- Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
- Degree in sales would be advantageous (we are interested in smart, driven and ambitious sales players who are capable of driving results).
- Fluent in Italian & English is required.
- Good knowledge of different manufacturing processes as CNC machining, Rapid injection molding, Metal Stamping, Vacuum casting, 3D Printing & various material grades in plastic & metal.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Advanced MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively: You are calm, problem-solving and have a strong analytical skill. You’re also organized & motivated and curious.
